Today the quilts hang in a place of honor in the school's hallway. 

Peggy said it warms her heart to hear her granddaughter say, “Grandma, when I walk by the quilts you made, I think of you during the day." 

Peggy enjoyed working with the students, and says “A quilt is a great way to create a memory and to leave a lasting impression on the next generation.”
