And here's quilt number one in the classroom.
To make the presentation fun for the kids, Peggy prepared 6-inch squares of cotton fabric so each child could create a quilt block. Her initial goal was to make a single quilt with the blocks. However, since there were three classes and 75 children, she decided to make one quilt for each class.
