I love your magazine and drop everything when it comes in the mail so I can look through it.  I have a quilting friend that I shop hop with and when the April shop hop schedule came out, we decided that instead of just randomly shopping we would go with a purpose.  We decided that we both like the Interlocking Stars pattern from the cover of the January/February 2011 issue.  We purchased fabric at each store to make our quilts and chose totally different colors and fabrics.  I chose Bali for mine with the main color as purple.  I have to say it was a challenging quilt to make but I love how it turned out. It was quilted by Jeff Rehwaldt, Deerwood Quilting LLC, of Kasson, MN.
