When I make a quilt for a special occasion, I create a computer generated card and adhere a picture of the quilt to the card. I made Twirling Triangles from the 1600 series of your TV show, for my grandson's 23rd birthday quilt. Your special ruler (which I ran out and purchased as soon as I saw your show) along with the straight-line technique made the quilt fun to make. I used the scarps from the quilt top to make the back of the quilt. I love making cards with pictures of quilts I have made, it is a way to share my love of quilting.
