Mary Moody-Cox moved to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2000, after many years of teaching and running a quilting business in Colorado. She says that art quilts have become her specialty. This quilt includes a laser cut ironwork pattern called Cheltenham Gate from the Creative Iron. Mary utilized a variety of Hoffman’s Naturescapes fabrics to craft the rocks and landscape behind the gate. The entire top is joined with fusible web.
