Cat lovers believe that there are never enough felines around, and Californian Nancy Brown is no exception. This quilt depicts thirty-eight kitties, some in jaunty sweaters. Nancy explains, "This quilt was inspired by the cats that have owned me, my friends, and neighbors." Nancy machine pieced the blocks and hand appliquéd and quilted the images. She added quilting thread whiskers and embellished the top with embroidery.
