  1. Working on the Black Cat Arch. Cut the 12X17.5 rectangle – but the pattern for the arch, as shown on the center pull out, appears to be the wrong size. It measures 15 inches across the base, whereas the rectangle is only 12 inches wide. What am I doing wrong?
