As I was recovering from carpal tunnel surgery I saw your Patriotic Patchwork quilt in the July/Aug, 2012 issue of Love of Quilting. It seemed like the perfect solution to what I was going to do with one hand for the next few weeks. I had a stash of blocks already cut, so I was set to go. So far I’ve completed 2 tops – one using your measurements and the other using 5 1/2” and 3 1/2” squares. Thanks for coming to my rescue! P.S. It seems my cat is happy too.
