Hemingway Slept Here

I fell in love with the Hemingway Slept Here quilt in the Spring 2012 issue of Easy Quilts and decided to make a batik version. Instead of fat quarters, I used precut batik strips in light and dark prints, making sure to mix in some contrast colors to make the quilt more interesting. I am so proud of how it turned out and will be using it in one of my guest bedrooms.
