Q. Can I give a gift subscription to your magazine?

Love of Quilting
PO Box 171
Winterset, IA 50273

Q. How many times a year is Love of Quilting published?
A. Love of Quilting is a bi-monthly publication, we publish six times a year.

Q. My magazine subscription is paid and doesn’t expire for a long time, why am I getting renewal offers?
A. As a convenience to our subscribers we begin sending renewal reminders six months in advance of the last issue. This ensures that everyone has plenty of time to renew so there will be no break in service.

Q. Why do I still get renewal notices when I just recently renewed?
A. Most likely your renewal order has crossed in the mail with one of our notices. If so, please ignore the notice. If you are still unsure you can email us.

Q. Do you have back issues of Love of Quilting available for sale?
A. Yes, we do! You can order a back issue by shopping our online store and clicking on magazines. This will give you a list of available issues to choose from. You can also order by calling our toll-free number as mentioned in the first question above.

Q. Can I order a magazine subscription? I live overseas.
A. Yes, you can! We’d love for you to subscribe. Subscriptions outside of the US start at $30.97 for one year and $52.97 for two years. Charges must be paid in US funds, by credit card or bank money order.

Q. How do I submit a pattern to Love of Quilting?
A. You can find our Submission Guidelines on our website, here.

Q. How do I know that my credit card is secure when I order from you?
A. All credit card information is encrypted onto secure internet servers. Look for the lock symbol (or whatever symbol your browser uses) on the page where you enter credit card information and that the web address begins with https:// rather than http://. This assures that you are indeed on a secure server.

Q. Why am I receiving renewal/invoice notifications from a company besides Fons & Porter?
A. It has come to our attention that our subscribers are receiving marketing promotions including phone calls from individuals/companies regarding their subscriptions with New Track Media/Creative Crafts Group. These individuals/companies are offering renewals (often 3-year renewals) and are very aggressive in asking for bank account numbers or credit card numbers. We have no relationship with these companies and cannot guarantee subscriptions purchased from these companies will be sent to New Track Media/Creative Crafts Group.
