2. Once a week in April, re-enter into the competition to increase your chances of winning.

3. Research new projects you can create on your new Baby Lock!

If you’re a new quilter or need to brush up on your vocabulary, this is what a serger does:

  • Stitch a seam
  • Trim the seam allowance
  • Overcast the edge of the seam allowance

Talk about a time saver!

You may ask, what’s the difference between a serger and a sewing machine? We’re happy you asked!

Would love to have a new serger, my Singer 4 thread serger has been used for a lot of t shirt quilts and sweaters and other knits. I need another one that is dependable.

  6. Debra Daniel says:

My sister got me interested in sewing again after being home now for several years due to disabilities. I am so grateful to her. We share some sewing essentials & being able to share this machine with her would be wonderful. We’ve never had the opportunity to use a serger so this would be a new adventure for us.

  7. I too owned a singer serger but after about 15 years plus I needed a new serger, I invested in a Babylock serger, 12 years ago. It is now time to get another serger and I understand the Ovation is the “peach” of all sergers, “best” there is, “newest” sewers delight. The “Ovation” is the one for me,

I would love to have a Serger it would help with many of my projects. I am new to sewing and quilting but I love it.

  11. Melissa A. Compton says:

I would not only love this Serger, I would be blessed to have it. I am looking for a way to help support my family, as I can’t work right now due to health reasons. My husband does his best but we are living hand to mouth and sometimes not even that. This would be a godsend seeing as I have a 30 year old sewing machine on it’s last legs. Wish me luck! Thank you!

  12. Wanda N says:

This machine would be wonderful to have. I’ve always wanted Serger but my 24 year sewing machine has quit working so will need to replace it first.

  13. My ancient serger is about to dispatch itself to the serger hereafter. I need an Ovation to make pillows for my Pillow Bee, Sonflowers with Love, to bless kids in hospital, people in dialysis and critical care, nursing homes and emergency. Want that amazing Ovation before my sweet and old little workhorse flies apart.
