Marianne and Catherine Roberts visted the store before they set out to Huntley, Illinois for the Weekend of Valor, presented by Gazebo Quilters’ Guild. The dates for the weekend are August 19th and 20th. Catherine is the founder of Quilts of Valor, which is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to, “cover ALL those service members and veterans touched by war with Wartime Quilts called Quilts of Valor. “ What a great way to honor our military!
What have I missed? Where is Liz? I have not seen her on the program for a while.
