I made the tops and had an abundance of one animal print in the 9 inch blocks to figure out how to use those for the back side. One of the ladies suggested bear paws. I made the bear paw blocks and still could not figure out how to quilt it. Recently I thought about it again and decided that I would use the back side of the quilt as my quilting guide and stitch in the ditch around the bear paws. I’m hoping it will look really cool on the front side since the front sides are primarily the 5 inch blocks in animal prints and solids.
