    1. Terry, I just watched the Love of Quilting program for this quilt. Marianne Fons said she used fabrics from her stash–they were flannels. She wanted to make it bigger, but didn’t have enough fabrics for another row. Hope that helps.

  1. Does the pattern give directions for other sizes? I have the pattern in my issue of Fons and Porter, but it does not give those directions. The pattern is pretty complicated to try to enlarge it myself.

    1. Hi Suellen — there isn’t an alternative sizes chart for this quilt at this time. Perhaps, with a little guidance, you might be able to make this quilt in the size you prefer. I recommend a couple of resources: Resize Your Quilt Patterns! blog and the How to Resize Quilt Block patterns webinar. Both are helpful, but I prefer the webinar; you get detailed instruction from a quilting expert on how to apply specific skills to any quilt you make. Hope this helps! Thank you for your comment. 🙂
