1/2 -1 lb. lean ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 cup catsup
1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 large can Hunt's pork and beans
salt and pepper
celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt to taste.
Directions: Brown onion and ground chuck. Add seasonings. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into large greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 deg. for about 30 minutes. Can also be made on top of stove and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. This way is a bit more soupy. Serve over biscuits, buns or hot dogs. Serve with green beans and salad.
