Unbelievable Peanut Butter Cookies |
1 c. peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Blend all 4 ingredients in bowl, roll by hand, criss cross with floured fork, bake at 325°F for 13 minutes.
