1 roll Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
1 pkg. your favorite brownie mix
1 jar seedless raspberry jam
1 can Pillsbury Cream Cheese Frosting
1 cup pecans or walnuts (optional)
Pat out the cookie dough in the bottom of an oblong cake pan. Glaze the top of the cookie dough with a thin layer of raspberry jam (about 1/8" thick). Make brownie mix according to package and add nuts if you like (I prefer pecans). Pour brownie mix over the cookie dough & jam. Bake at temperature on the brownie mix box for about 5-8 minutes more than recommended. Glaze the top with another layer of jam and let cool completely. Frost with the Cream Cheese Frosting. Garnish with a drizzle of jam and/or nuts. Get creative... use a nut as the center and drizzle daisy petals around it for each piece.
