Twice Baked Potatoes

4 med. baking potatoes, bake in microwave
1˛2 cup sour cream
3 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. onion salt
1-2 tsp. chives
1/8 tsp. pepper
parsley flakes

Cut and slice top from baked potatoes and scoop out potatoes leaving thin shell. I cut the potatoes in half and scoop out. Add rest of ingredients except paprika and parsley. Beat until smooth and put back in potato shells. Garnish with paprika and parsley. You can refrigerate now and then microwave for 3 min. when you are ready to eat.
