Tomato Spoon Salad |
4 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sugar or Splenda equivalent
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar (I use cider)
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. celery seed
Mix and refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Enjoy!
