Tater Tot Casserole

2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 lbs. pkg. frozen tater tots
1 can light cream of mushroom soup
grated cheese

Pat raw ground beef in the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan, spread soup over beef, sprinkle grated cheese over top, cover with tater tots, and add more grated cheese on top. Cover with foil, and bake at 350° F for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes. Serve with salad or vegetable and warm bread, if desired.
