Sweet and Sour Green Beans |
6 cans of green beans, drained
8 slices of bacon
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup of cider vinegar
1 cup of sugar
In a fry pan, fry bacon, remove, and set aside. In the bacon grease, sautee onion. Add to onion, vinegar and sugar and simmer until clear. Crumble the bacon into the liquid. Pour over the beans and serve warm.
