Supreme Chili |
Brown 2 lb. lean ground beef, add 2C chopped onions, 8 clove of minced garlic. Add 30 oz. beans, 30 oz. petite diced tomatoes, 16 oz. tomato sauce. To this mixture add the following seasonings:
1 T. oregano
2 tsp. chili powder
3 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pepper
Simmer for about half an hour and serve with shredded cheese and a small dollop of sour cream.
