Short Term Block Storage

Keep empty waxed paper or aluminum foil boxes to store blocks for a quilt in progress. Carefully remove the serrated cutting edge from the box, roll blocks onto the empty tube, and store. Rolled blocks won’t get sharp fold lines as when folded. Don’t use for long-term storage because the acid in the cardboard may discolor the fabrics.
