Reuben Dip |
1 lb. Swiss cheese, cubed
3/4 lb. corned beef, chopped
15 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
Mix in a crockpot. Heat on high for about 1 hour. Serve with cocktail rye bread or other rye cut in halves or fourths.
