Quilted Postcard

I like to use leftover scraps for mini quilt postcards. Zigzag stitching around the edges in variegated thread looks pretty, and holds the layers together. My friends love them!

I learned to do this with a heavyduty interfacing w/light colored fabric on the back for addressing

Quilted postcard
This is a cute idea; I think I have seen it somewhere before. Do you use interfacing to stiffen the card? I can see using some of the fancy stitches on my machine for this.
