Quilt Lecture & Trunk Show 2013

Description: Anita Grossman Solomon is flying in from Manhattan to share her innovative faster and easier quilting techniques. Anita is an award-winning quilter, designer, author and teacher and has appeared on HGTV’s Simply Quilts, The Quilt Show and Quilt Out Loud. Anita’s Pages From The Make It Simpler Notebook will be the topic at the meeting of the Northwest Suburban Quilters Guild. Guest cost is $7. “Quilter’s Destination” from Arlington Heights will be the evening’s fabric merchant. Anita will teach two workshops from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: “Two Color Pineapple Quilt” will be held at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library on Friday, February 22. “Arrowhead Block” will be held at the Rolling Meadows Library on Saturday, February 23.
