1 lb. box powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine

Put all ingredients into a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir well, add vanilla and nuts, if desired. Pour into a greased pan and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut and serve.
