Pork in the Pot

1 head cabbage, quartered
1 apple, quartered
1 lg. potato
4 pork chops (can brown slightly, if desired)
1 c. water
salt and pepper, to taste

Put cabbage, apple, potato, water, and salt and pepper into a crock pot. Place pork chops on top of the rest of the ingredients. Cover with lid. Cook all day. When done, the meal will be delicious and more than you want for dinner! Serve with cornbread.
