Pork chops

4 pork chops
two cans diced tomatoes
large purple onion
sprinkle of garlic
salt and pepper
oven 350 in a cast iron pan brown and pepper your pork chops on both sides. remove pan from heat lightly sprinkle on garlic powder dice up the purple onion and spread over pork chops let bake for 15-20 min. flip over pour canned diced tomatoes on top of porkchops. let cook for another half hour or until done depending on how thick your chops are. This is great with rice and french styles greens beans on the side. My husband likes it so much that i don't have to make it cuz he does it better than me....which is fine ...gives me more time to QUILT!
