Poppy Seed Chicken

(Bake 1 hour at 350°)
Boil 2 or more chicken breasts and chunk (2 cups or more)

Mix together and set aside:
8 oz. (2 tubes) Ritz crackers
1 ½ sticks melted butter
2 tablespoons poppy seeds (optional)

Mix together:
2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 can each cream of chicken & cream of mushroom
1 sm. carton sour cream add chicken

Lightly cover bottom of 9 x 13 or smaller baking pan with cracker mixture. Layer ½ of chunked chicken mixture. Repeat until ingredients are gone ending with light coating of cracker mixture. (Bake 1 hour at 350°) This is one of our favorites.
