1 lb bowtie pasta
1 bunch cilantro
1 block feta cheese
1 6oz jar of julianed sundried tomatoes in oil 1 cup pine nuts, roasted
While cooking pasta, per package directions, chop cilantro, crumble the feta cheese and pan roast pine nuts. When pasta is done drain well. Put in searving bowl with all other ingreadents, including the oil in the tomatoes, this will act as the "dressing". I like to bring this to guild Potlucks - it goes over great and is so fast that I can throw it together after work and not be late to a meeting.
