Pan Fried Pork with Orzo in Honey Lemon Sauce

8 oz Orzo 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp ea. salt, pepper garlic powder
2 tsp veg oil
1 1/2 lbs pork, cut into 1 in. strips
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey

Cook orzo per package directions. Drain and set aside. Mix flour and seasoning in ziplock bag. Shake pork strips in flour mixture and cook in heated oil until golden (5-6 mins) making sure not to overcook meat. Add to cooked meat, juice of lemon, parsley, butter and honey. Mix to loosen brown bits. Stir in drained orzo to reheat and serve immediately. This dish goes together very fast and is a very tasty meal.
