Oriental Cabbage Salad

1 large head of Napa Cabbage chopped into bite size pieces
6 green onions sliced very thin

Crunchy Topping
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup silvered almonds
2 pkgs Oriental Ramen Noodles, crushed

1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 tsp Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Wash, chop, and mix cabbage and onion. Store in large container or a large Ziploc bag. Lightly brown topping ingredients in skillet. Add Ramen seasoning mix and cool on paper towel, can also be stored in Ziploc bag. Mix dressing indredients and store in jar. Shake well before using. Just before serving add dressing & topping to the cabbage. Prepare only the amount you need for each meal. The rest will stay fresh for days if stored tightly. Everything can be prepared ahead of time, ready at a moments notice! This is a great recipe to take to a potluck. Just mix it all together when you get there! Easy and quick. Enjoy!
