4-5 bone-in chicken breast
Italian salad dressing
3 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
16 oz. bag frozen broccoli florets
Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Place chicken in 13x9 pan, drizzle Italian salad dressing over top of chicken and cook for 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven, place chicken pieces on a plate. Mix chicken broth, rice and broccoli florets in pan (you do not need to drain or rinse pan). Place pieces of chicken on top of mixture. Cover with foil. Bake for 50 minutes. You may remove foil and bake additonal 10 minutes to brown skin, if desired. Enjoy!
