cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 eggs
1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Soda
2 cups quick cooking oats (it doesn’t call for cinnamon but I put in a couple tsp. in)

Cream butter and sugars. Add well beaten eggs and vanilla. Beat. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and soda---add to other ingredients. Add oats. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
