Microwave Stuffed Peppers

1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup instant rice s & p to taste
4 Tbsp Italian salad dressing
1 tsp garlic powder
1 can tomato soup (any brand)
4 med green peppers

Mix beef, egg, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, rice & 2 Tbsp of dressing. Clean peppers and leave whole or cut in half. Stuff meat mixture in peppers and place in microwave safe dish. Mix prepared soup, 2 Tbsp dressing and remaining garlic powder.Pour over peppers. Cook in Microwave on high for 12-16 minutes depending on voltage of your oven.
