Marinated Green Pepper and Onion Dip

1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. olive oil

Mix above ingredients, then add:
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
onion, chopped

Marinate ingredients overnight. Drain and reserve some marinade.

Cream together:
8 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. mayo

Mix all ingredients. If dip is too thick, use leftover marinade to thin to your liking. Serve with Town House Crackers.
