1- 18 ounce jar of Peanut Butter- creamy or with nuts
1-14.5 OZ. - tub of Cream Cheese Frosting (regular size)
Mix both in a microwaveable large bowl. (I use a 4 cup glass mixing bowl with handle) Mix both items together very well. Place mixture in the Microwave on the high heat setting. Cook for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat this a total of 5 or 6 times. You will bring it to a slow roll boil. But be careful that you do not scorch it. Remove from microwave and stir in 1 tablespoon of pure vanilla. Mix well. (At this time you may add your favorite nuts.) Pour into a lightly sprayed or buttered 9 inch square or round pan. Let set at room temperature until fudge is set. Cut in to squares and serve.
