Low Fat Pumpkin Chip Muffins

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (16) oz can of pumpkin not the pie mix one!
1/2 c oil
1 c. applesauce unsweetened

Mix together well, then add:
3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Beat until well mixed, then add 2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) semi sweet choc chips.

Put into paper lined muffin pans, Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until done. Recipe makes about 72 when using the cupcake size papers.
