Lime Jell-O Dessert |
1 small package Lime Jell-O
1 large package Cream Cheese
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. sugar
Place in blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
Add 1/2 cup pecans. Blend till finely chopped. Pour into a bowl and add 1 can drained crushed pineapple. Mix well. Add 3/4 cup lemon lime soda, fold in carefully. Pour carefully into a pretty dish and chill til firm.
