Layered Salad |
shredded iceberg lettuce
frozen peas
green onions
sliced water chestnuts
Layer ingredients into a clear glass cake pan/bowl. Spread mayo over top to seal, sprinkle with sugar,garlic powder if desired then refrigerate overnight. To serve, top with chopped hard boiled eggs, crumbled bacon, Parmesan/Cheddar cheese. Adjust layers for quantity of salad. Keeps very well.
