Kale Chips

Jan Basco

1-bunch kale
1-tbs olive oil sprinkle of season salt or any salt you choose

Remove kale from stems and cut into 1" pieces. Wash and use salad spinner or paper towels to remove as much water as possible. Mix with olive oil and salt. Place on parchment paper on baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 10-15 mins. Watch closely they will burn. I was very surprised at the crunchiness and flavor. Great replacement for potato chips. Copied from different sources...sending quilting love from Rosedale, La.
