Italian Penne

2 cooked and cubed chicken breasts.
1- 3oz. softened cream cheese
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 small can mushroom pieces
1 Cup chicken broth
1/2- 16.oz. box of Penne
1 pkg. Zesty Italian dressing mix
Cook chicken and reserve the broth. cube and set aside. Cook Penne according to directions on box. Drain and set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients ,mixing well. Stir in chicken and Penne. Put in casserole dish sprayed with not stick spray. Top with a sprinkle of Parmesean cheese and Italian bread crumb. Bake untill bubly and bread is toasted in 350 degree oven. This can be doubled, divided and frozen. I live alone and this is very convenient to have ready to heat up.
