Italian Chicken

Chicken, on the bone, with skin ( your choice- breasts, thighs, or legs or combination)
1 bottle (8 oz) Italian dressing brown sugar
Place chicken in baking dish. Pour entire bottle of Italian dressing over chicken. Top with generous handfuls of brown sugar. Bake at 250 for 2 1/2 - 3 hrs uncovered
Note: once in oven, no need to baste
Very moist, foolproof!!
