Donation Drawing for a 98" x 116" hand-quilted quilt

Lamoni was decreed "Quilt City of Iowa" by Gov. Terry Branstad on October22, 1987. The "Mite Society" was founded in 1883 and is the oldest quilting society in the state. The community and surrounding area have many fine quilters actively engaged in the art. The Heartland Quilters Guild, Mite Society, Amish aand Mennonite ladies, as well as many other individuals are promoting and perfecting quilting.
