Gingersnap Baked Beans |
3/4 cup crushed gingersnaps
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar or syrup
2-4 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
2 cans (16 oz. each) pork & beans
1/4 cup ketchup
Mix all ingredients. Put in a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes
