Fudge Norma Sterbenz

Norma Sterbenz

1 jar marshmallow fluff (7 oz.)
1 small can (2/3 cup) evaporated milk
1/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces (I use 1 ½ cups for milder chocolate taste.)
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Melt margarine over low heat; add milk, sugar and salt. When well mixed and hot (not boiling), add marshmallow fluff. Boil 5 min. over moderate heat, stirring constantly. (Do not start timing until mixture comes to a full rolling boil.) Remove from heat. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 cup nuts. Pour into 8" x 8" x 2" well greased pan. Chill before cutting. Store in refrigerator.

Quick and easy
What a great idea using marshmallow fluff and evaporated milk instead of sweetened condensed milk. I find it to be to sweeet.
