1 12 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
4 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tbsp. vanilla (I sometimes substitute or add Frangelica or some other liqueur)
Melt chips and milk in double boiler, add flavoring and nuts. Spread in buttered dish and chill till firm. Cut in squares.
