Fry Pan Supper

Serves 4

4 pork chops
4 potatoes
Vegetables (broccoli, cauliflour, carrots, or any that you have on hand)
1 onion sliced
1 can mushroom soup

Cut potatoes into wedges. Slice onion. Brown pork chops in electric fry pan @ 350 degrees. When pork chops are brown push to one corner of fry pan. In another corner add Potatoe wedges, onion slices and vegetables go in another corner. Over top pour mushroom soup and add 1 to 1 1/2 can of water. Cover and cook for 1/2 hour. Supper is ready.
