Fruit Fluff

1 can crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved
1 can Mandarine oranges, drained and juice reserved
1 6 oz. container fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 small box sugar-free fat-free vanilla pudding
1 8 oz. container sugar-free or fat-free whipped topping.

Mix pudding with juice from fruit, add yogurt, whipped topping, and fruit. Stir together and refrigerate for 2 hours. You can add cherries or grapes, if you'd like. This is a really good and light recipe.
